How quickly can you loose weight?

I'm 14 stone and 4 pounds, I'm 6ft1 and a half, according to the NHS BMI thing, I'm overweight, and when looking at my belly, i would agree.

How quickly do you think i can loose weight? I reckon if i lost 2 stone in a month that would be good. I can't be bothered to exercise, so I've decided to not have breakfast, only have a sandwich for lunch, have my normal dinner, but no dessert, and also no snacks every time i walk downstairs. Do you reckon this as well as only having beer on a Friday and Saturday night should make me loose 2 stone in 1 month?
 
You have some pretty warped suggestions there, maybe search in the sports forum since there's literally hundreds of threads/posts asking similar things.
 
I really hope this is a windup?

Aiming for 2 stone in a month, no exercise and not eating breakfast. Probably the worst things you could do.
 
Don't try and loose weight fast, it won't stick. You need to start off slow and gradually build up to a point where you have steady loss.
 
1st thing, starving yourself doesnt work, the only way to shift excess weight is do more excerise, this includes walking, stretching, situps, press ups, anything that makes your body use muscles more than normal.

Skipping meals wont help. you will just snack instead... trust me, i am 5'11 and was 21 stone, now im down to 17 stone and still going down, walking and cutting out sugar is what has helped me, more exercise out, less food in.

Keep up the good work though.

1. Excercise. Get your running shorts on and run round your neighbourhood / local park

2. Eat well - try to have 6 small meals a day. Lots of vegetables, meat, fish etc.

3. BREAKFAST IS A MUST!
 
Knowing the difference between "loose" and "lose" should be higher on your priorities list.

People say no breakfast is bad makes you fat, but that is only because you will be more likely to snack instead, i intend not to do either, as well as that i very rarely get up in time for breakfast, which meant i would have a mega lunch, also, yes, every time i wander downstairs i will grab some sort of food out of the cupboard or fridge.
 
I think anorexics prove that it does work. Just needs a long time to work, and loses more than just fat.

Anorexics do eat, just not enough.
Actually starving yourself causes a starvation reaction from your body, which will mess you up for life, you won't be able to lose weight.

Eating breakfast speeds up your metabolism - do some research before you start trying to lose 2 stone in a month.
 
I will type loose, because thats how i pronounce it, I'm from the south, so its sounds like loooooose. Loose should be spelled luce, and lose should be spelled lews
