how strong is scaffolding?

so if i am adjusting it quite a bit (depending on if doing squats/bench press etc), quite a chance that theres going to be one time i don't tighten it ...

Why not use two sets of J hooks permanently set at different heights which negates the need to alter them often? However if you're not sure of your abilities to put together a bit of scaffolding safely then I'd suggest you save up more and buy a proper powercage.

Well then as well as building muscle it will also give you lightning fast reflexes :D

or a broken foot >.<

I can't quite tell if those clamps will resist rotation but I would have triangulated 2 sides of the frame for improved lateral stability. Otherwise, it should be fine strenghwise.

Never mix clams with scaffolding, it always ends in disaster
