How the hell can I tell if I have a gas leak?

nope happened at mine, you could tell where it had happened from the scorch marks on the desks

i prefer my system, more accurate.
I'm smoking in the house, if I get blown up, gas leak, if not, then no gas leak.

Where would one get a carbon monoxide detector? I might put one up later.

I'm sure British Gas come out free of charge and if there is a leak they put stickers over everything.
My mother was having wall cavity done last year and the meter they use showed a gas leak (too much monoxide).
BG came out and put a sticker on her fire but there was no charge.
