how the hell is he not in prison?

We need to bring capital punishment and start eradicating oxygen theives like him. They'll never learn and will never be a decent member of society.

I agree with the capital punishment in theory. But I don't trust the system enough to give them that responsibility. Maybe only in the most straight forward cases. But for the regular low level crime that blights general society I think we need to bring back public humiliation. The nearest we got previously was the ankle tags. But they can cover them up. We need a visible sign that every time we walk past them we see it on them.

I suggest tattoo'ing a big L on their forehead.. for Loser.

There will always be an underclass in society. I think at the same time we brought public humiliation in, I'd like to create an increase in low level manual labour jobs that doesn't require any schooling certificate and can be trained on the job. Even if its just picking up rubbish and dog muck around town.

There is also the debate of bringing national service back too.

Disgusting. Put him down for good. Obviously only going to get worse. Have to wonder about justice

How exactly do you gather that?

Do you know the future or indeed the context around this (admittedly disgusting) individuals life up to the point that he found hurting disabled people (btw our government loves doing this too, along with all the right wing rags) and "hunting" a couple of 'muslims' for some stupid reasons?

Maybe, god knows, if we only attempted to actually solve problems rather than create them, it'd be a lot less likely that people like this exist.

Locked body collar?

That way they csnt commit any crime, thier criminal associates won't want to be around them (helping thier rehabilitation)

I'm very much against capital punishment, it's barbaric and only serves to fulfills the blood lust in us on top of that, it does not serve as a deterrent and too many innocent people have been murdered in the process.

I said this before, but I have always been a fan of people working for the better of society. The American Prison service uses inmates as fire fighters to combat wild fires. Now we don't have wildfires, but am sure we can find something for them to do.

Just an example, I heard that our public beaches are full of crap and plastic, am sure a work force of prisoners could help clean that up.

The Murder rate in the UK is double what it was in 1960, (And prior to 1960 had actually been falling year on year. The relentless increase began almost immediately after abolition of the Death penalty) And that is ignoring the fact that people today survive murderous attacks that they would not have survived in 1960 as a result of better trauma carer (Ie the "Murderous assault" rate is significantly higher again)

How many innocent peopl have been killed over the years because we did not have Capital punishment as an option?

It is tragic that sometimes people have been executed who were either innocent or perhaps, while not innocent, might have had just cause to receive a less harsh sentence (Eg Derick Bentley. Not innocent, but not deserving of death either)

But in some ways this is not dissimilar to the issues surrounding mass vaccination.

Whilst it is rare (Far rarer than the "Anti-Vaxers claim), sometimes children do react badly to vaccines and some do die.

That is tragic too, but for society as a whole the benefits out weigh the costs. I see the risks and benefits of having Capital punishment as an option in a similar light.

DIisabled Scott Hall was punched and kicked in the street by Aarron Peet and another thug.

The 28-year-old victim died of a brain bleed 11 days after the unprovoked attack.

Scott’s grieving mum Carol was then hit with the Bedroom Tax because his room was no longer in use.

Ffs, there isn’t an ounce of sense or compassion left in this world.

Tories being Tory

Prison is reserved for folk who do 160mph on motorbike if your a danger to the public then crack on and continue to be a thug.

i take it you have never been inside prison?

they get to go to the gym like once a week for an hour. it's not as if it's 24/7 anytime fitness where he will be having the time of his life.

he should have been sent down for at least 5 years. he killed someone and has then carried out attacks after too with no remorse on people who did nothing to him.
Actually, yes I have. Fortunately, working right side of the bars though. You don't need a gym to be doing pull ups etc. The guy is clearly fitness motivated - so can't see him relaxing his training.

Either way - my point is, for whatever reason the judge thinks rehabilitation has a chance - and has sentenced him accordingly.

My personal opinion is that if someone breaches an SSO, they should be serving the rest of that sentence in custody. No ifs, buts or mitigating circumstances. But none of us know the facts - just what's written in a Daily Mail story - and they've not got the best reputation when it comes to 'factual' reporting.

clearly you have never heard of mike tyson or muhammed ali then?

both were never the same again after their stints. their fitness, training, everything was below par and never achieved the heights they had before going in. ali took huge batterings unlike he had ever had before after he got out.

pull ups, etc aren't a proper routine with proper equipment. a prison cannot replace a proper gym routine with other professionals training you or along side you.
