How to add a peer on uTorrent?

Hi. Me and a friend are downloading a file from a torrent. Since I've finished quick I would like to upload to my friend. It says add peer. What information do I need from my friend to be able to add them to upload and how would I get this information from their system?

Your friend needs to right-click on the Peers list and select Add Peer. He'll need your IP address and torrent client port.
