i was thinking that i would need a power cable and a SATA cable however i dont't know which one's.

Get the Crucial. You need a SATA cable, any one. The SATA power connector will come from your PSU, if you don't have one then you need a Molex>SATA Splitter. The Molex>SATA splitter is included with the Kingston SSD.

What PSU do you have?

Any PSU from a decent brand like Corsair, OCZ, PC power and Cooling, Be Quiet!, Seasonic, Coolermaster will all have them.

With SATA cables, as I said any will do. There are some which have right angle connectors which make it look more tidy, but they are by no means essential.

A PSU more or less entirely depends on the GPU.
