Does anyone know of a way to dispose of A4 size clear plastic bags ?

Must be environmentily friendly and I would need to shift about 5000 per week. My initial thoughts were to just send them back to the company we recieve them from, but they dont want them back

any plastic recycling companies around where you are?

if so maybe you can go ask them to see if they will take them

Ye I've tried. They wont collect though unless it is a weight of half a ton

I think the only way to do it though would be to deliver it to them, but company wont pay fot it to be delivered

Not wanting them back is not your problem. If they are providing you with a product that you cant dispose of easily, then just send them back, regardless of what they think.

if they dont want them back and theres no recycling for plastic then put them in the bin, it's not your problem if the facilities don't excist

contact council - surely they have a recycling program - we are not talking a small number either!

On another note how come you have so many per week to get rid of?

Find some other local company that already has a plastic recycling collection and ask if you can drop your stuff into their bins. They probably won't object because they're getting paid for the old plastic.
