How to fight tiredness

i know how you feel i was like that in a similar role, even if i did get plenty of sleep after around 10.30am there would be no work...even if i asked for more work I would get told there wasnt any lol although somehow the company were making a profit..

not advising you to do this but I left, now working in an office which is busy from start to finish, no ciggies breaks apart from at lunch and have to sit there with 6 devious women who are the worlds biggest bitchers and really mean to me...

in a funny way I wish I was back at the dead beat job I was doing although it felt as if my brains cells were being tortured...

Cant you learn stuff on the PC without anyone finding out?

its probably old age catching up me thinks...i usually get about 6 hours sleep a night which i think is about right, i get up at 5:40 am right enough so i can make it into work for 7 am. I was an engineer before i got this job so you were usually busy doing something to keep you awake and if you weren't busy you could always find somewhere for a little shut eye

Sounds good enough to me - I seldom sleep more than 6hrs even on the weekend and I'm happy, healthy and as fit as a fiddle - and I don't fall asleep at work! ;) :p

Do you do any exercise? How healthy is your diet?

It's normal to have lulls especially if you're bored.

Try and be proactive at work and task yourself with some things which will a) make you look better b) keep you busy, c) minimise your risk of getting caught falling asleep.

Don't stuff yourself full of chemicals like Redbull, it won't do you any good.
