Exercise is the only cure for tiredness. Find a space in the office and do some press ups or sit ups, if your stuck in a chair do some buttock clenches![]()

its probably old age catching up me thinks...i usually get about 6 hours sleep a night which i think is about right, i get up at 5:40 am right enough so i can make it into work for 7 am. I was an engineer before i got this job so you were usually busy doing something to keep you awake and if you weren't busy you could always find somewhere for a little shut eye
