How to find out if a property is ex-council?

I would start by checking if there are any Elizabeth Duke earings down the back of the sofa.
No-one here is telling you that there's anything wrong with living in an ex-council house?
Most areas with ex council houses will still have some that haven't been bought. When I was a kid, you could tell who had bought their house on my grandparents street, and when, just by looking at it, as the council do standard upgrades to all their houses - things like fences, doors, windows etc would be identical or very similar on a council owned property.

Nothing, I'm just bitter that freeloading scum in council houses were allowed to buy their places for next to nothing and make a pile of money out of them while people like me work hard for a living and can't afford a place of their own.Noxis said:

Im in the same position as you and I dont feel that way, I see it more like people who are quite smart and can use the system or milk it legally. Perhaps if the government fixes up we wont have all of these issues?
