I always find it hard to get going in the morning i wake up and feel sleepy/drowsy for ages. Any tips on getting ya self going in the morning? I have a decent sleep at night altho i do tend to wake up quite often
Eat a decent breakfast with plenty of fruit. Coffee is bad for keeping you alert throughout the day but I still have a cup to get my brain in gear. Drink about a litre of water in the time that you get out of bed until you leave the house. That should set you up nicely.
Also, getting a good nights sleep goes without saying, 6-8 hours is usually sufficient. A constant sleeping pattern will help too but if you work shifts like me then you'll have to chuck that one out the window.
ive gone from about 4coffees aday to just one when i get in at around 4.
its made me feel worse i think.. maybe its just cold turkey .
ive also got in the habit of having corn flakes on a morning, but it hasnt made me feel any better. i normally have corn flakes and a glass of water...
is it more water i need? juice?... some fruit too..
