How to know if SLI is enabled?

If windows is not recognizing a card it could mean one is faulty, try reseting you mobos cmos and re-seating the cards, windows will recognize with no bridge connected, try each card on their own to rule out a faulty card and try one on its own in the secondary slot to rule out a faulty PCI-E slot.

Ok, just tried swapping cards, and connecting dvi cable to the other gpu. And that card is working. Checked both cards and fans are running fine... Btw, where do I get the latest bios update from please?

Make sure both are connected
Make sure the bridge is connected to the correct bridge connection (one closest to back of case, the left hand connector).
Make sure both cards are plugged in.
Uninstall NV drivers & re-install latest ones.

Where your physx option is it should say "set SLI and Physx configuration"

Oh & make sure the bridge is the right way round (SLI 1 on top) with monitor connected to top card.

Does on my Asus extreme 2, it will reset the mobo to default settings but OCUK should have saved the overclock settings in a profile in the bios which will not be deleted even with a bios upgrade, this way you can retrieve all the overclock settings if you need to clear the cmos.

With it being an OCUK system, it maybe best to check with them first regarding the problems you are having, don't want to mess the warranty up.
