Loads of rad space, high pressure fans and most importantly a fan curve so at idle you can turn your fans off or at least set them very low.
Jayztwocents has just done a speedfan setup video this week if ya dont have have an Aquaero.
I dunno if i just got some dodgey fans but them corsair SP are noisy as hell, compared to any of the other fans im using like Gentle Typhoons, Noiseblockers and Noctuas.

Corsair SP fans are noisy at full speed. but silent when turned down
Just to agree with what others have said and to clarify as I think people who just mention Corsair SP fans are generally just talking about the 120mm variant which could be confusing people into buying the 140mm version and expecting similar results.
My comments are all from my own experience.
The SP120 is a great rad fan but noisy when run at full luckily it still pushes decent air at <1000RPM and is quiet.
SP140's are quiet but they are low RPM so can't be ramped up when needed like the SP120's and don't push much air.
For 140mm rad fans I use Noctua NF-A14's and the difference between them and the SP140's is night and day.
When I first got the NF-A14's I ran them off the motherboard but I had problems with them varying speed and they were noisier than I expected at low speed. I've recently got an Aquaero 5 and running them from that they are great, quiet when I want and ramp up when needed.

I've got the pwm fan hub in now, and every fan going is effectively controlled by the CPU fan header. It works better than I could have hoped. The system is very quiet until the components hit about 60 degrees, where fans start to ramp up gently with a more noticable step up in the 70s. After a couple of hours of Witcher 3 it seems that's where the temps stop rising, and even there it is a lot quieter than before. I'm comfortable trading off about 20degrees in favour of low background noise.
I've also knocked the D5 Vario down to 2, cos it turns out I can hear 3 when the rest of the noise is quelled.
Cooling an [email protected], and 2 r9-290s@1150. I'm sure the temperatures will improve further when I replace those GPUs for something less toasty, and
I will still replace the SP140s for something you guys have recommended.

Well i have always gone for as many rads as I could fit in a case.
Currently doing a build with two 420s and a 280 rad.
All with EK Varder 140 fans and run off an Aquaero controller and a d5 Aquaero pump.
Running pc as per my sig.
I am expecting the fans not to be running very fast at all except for the most extreme gaming.
