How to over volt a Titan, a 780Ti or a 780 guide

A quick update on this guys. There is a new NVflash, that is so easy to use. Just put the NVflash.exe and files into the same folder as the BIOS and open an elevated command window and type:

nvflash x.rom
(or whatever your BIOS name is)

If you have multiple cards, it will ask at each card if you want to flash that one as well. So simples :)

Download it from there.

Just tried the new nvflash.exe file up a few posts and after I've used the elevated command window and did what was said before, it says new gpu bios but the window didn't close itself like I read it on the first post. Do I just close the window, restart and reinstall my drivers? It literally took 4 seconds.

When you are flashing, it gives a bleep and then you watch as the little blocks at the bottom add to each other. I think it took about 4 or 5 seconds for me and then it says "Flash successful" or something similar.

Add the lines to MSI AB and then you should be good for upto 1.3V. If you don't add the correct lines (or any lines), when you overclock, it will probably just crash, well it did for me.

You can use AB Beta 18 for this as well and when done correctly, you will need to reboot your computer.

Yer, I always have them in the root of my drive and then open the CMD as admin and type D: to get to the root and then do the flash from there.

So I type CMD in search (right click it and run as administrator)
D: (that is where I have the files nvflash/BIOS)
type nvflash [bios name].rom

I don't think the 1.3V works on the Ti (Only the classy) and I should edit my OP to alter that. Maybe Frosty can advise better or someone else with a Ti, as I don't have one and not up with it sorry.

My Titans idle clocks are 324mhz Drangueos and that is on the x.rom bios. Not sure what is what with Skynets BIOS, but do know they are great for constant clocks in game and still drop to idle when not being used.
