How to stop HDD powering down?

Hello,

I'm trying to stop my storage HDDs from powering down whilst the computer is on, I've done this before, but forgotten on how to do it, so I'm just wondering whether anyone else knows how to stop the HDDs from powering down?

If they're internal drives, then you need to go to the power settings and select 'never' as the timer for turning off the disks.
This is in windows power management (i usually go to screensaver preferences, but im a noob )
