I actually think it's a bit annoying when forums/sites won't let to you completely delete your accounts.

It's slightly concering that there are no data protection rights regarding forum accounts actually.

You have absolutely no control over your posts/profile and the super-secret user 'notes' (which only staff can see) etc.

So if one day you want your data removed from a forum... tough luck, basically.
