How to use 32GB Memory Stick?

Stupid question really, but I've got a computer that won't recognize the 32GB Memory stick (aka not showing up in "Computer"), however it does on other computers in my house.

Any ideas?

Does it appear in disk manager, you may have to assign it a drive letter?
