Hmm, I wouldnt worry too much, but 10 a day is a liiiittle bit excessive
Check the sodium and carbohydrates percentages if you're that worried about them, if its something like 12g a pot, on either of those, then they're not that good for you, though Im sure the plain yoghurt parts are alright in moderation
In all honesty I'd say cut it back a bit, two a day is really about max for stuff like this. You could replace them with much healthier foods, or even alcohol
