How well does fallout 3 run?

I played it fine on my rig, but had some random constant crashes when I used to play on the 4870 I had. This was cos of a dead/dying mobo. Not tried with the 4870X2 though.

4870 played it at 1920 by 1080 at full settings.

Fallout 3 takes nothing to run it max. The 4870X2 handles it with ease (I actually underclock it when using games like Fallout 3 and notice no performance loss).

Does the game suffer from bad coding like oblivion? or has it been made a lot better and runs smooth?

the game will run depending on how good your hardware is, do you know anything about real time optimization? people that throw around the term "bad coding" really **** me off as if you have any clue.

Yeah I know.

What I meant to say was when I had the old graphics card and mobo it was unstable (due to the mobo dying).
I havent bothered to try it now the new mobo and graphics card has been installed.
