How would you approach this? (Neighbour keeping me up by putting his tumble dryer on at 2AM)

I only came back to this thread to see if the OP had even gone round yet.

Thread could have been closed after the first post! :)

I don't think their car or windows got smashed. I think OP is derailing thread because he's scared to over and ask them to be quiet! ;)

To be honest, its well within his right to do it at this time...

It's cheaper at 2am for a start, so we do our washing gone 1:30am...Not sure if its been established or not? But I presume the two buildings are attached? In the sense of where abouts the TD?

yeah i agree , you will find most people do it at these times because its cheaper ,same goes for dishwashers e.g

proberly due to him not having the tumble dryer stable enough like someone said he might have it against a wall or not have something soft under it like carpet?

Is it in a garage? Which would obviously explain the louder noise :p

All you'd have to do is either mount it or put it on a small platform at a guess.

Usually the garage is only single skin brickwork too.

And if he uses those dryer balls they will make a right racket.

(They sound like the shoes being tumble dried that were described)
