Why are people still suggesting things?! He resolved the situation already...
Thought i would give everyone closure
So after knocking several times and getting no response. I wrote a polite note outlining our concerns.
The next day when she had got the note from her mailbox, the loud TV had stopped and once again we cannot hear a thing from her
Then when i got home from work today there was a note for us in a nice little envelope and it was an apology for the noise. She said she is having problems with her ears which doctors are trying to put right and said she hadnt realised how loud her TV was. She promised to make sure it wouldnt disturb us again.
So all is quiet and good. I feel a little bad seen as she is obviously suffering badly with hard of hearing but constant TV noise at midnight when you are trying to sleep is horrible and needed to stop.
OCuk forum member sorts out real life problem in mature, responsible way, with successful resolution! Whatever next.
