its meant to be whatever the cheaper price is, instore or web....
if price changes on web, probably best to take a screenshot and print it, and take it with you
 
This is a quote from the managing director of DSG in Ireland -

"Here's the update. The good news is that we will be pricing the product at € 99.99 from tomorrow morning. The bad news is that there is not a lot of product available, neither in our stores nor in the central warehouse. Store stock in general is 5 to 6 units. And they're won't be more coming in.

I'll post later the stores in which stock is available. Not all stores were ranged for the Touch Pad so no point in sending you somewhere where there is no product."

I won't do a reservation list as there will be too many disapponited people. I'm also advising stores not to do a reservation list either for only a couple of units. That's just going to create a lot of unnecessaty stress for people.

So the drill is that we'll have the product for sale first thing in the morning at € 99.99 for the first people in the queue outside the relevant stores. They open at 10.00 and I'll post which stores later.

If thats true how come so many people have reserved online? i have reserved 6 using different details and all people have had phone calls asking them to collect this morning! they wouldn't do that if they didn't have instore stock would they?
 
Anyone know any jokes to pass the time, here is mine

Guy walks in from work and rushes up to his wife, he shouts "quickly, get me a beer before it starts"
"why?" she says
"quickly a beer before it starts" he says, downs the entire beer then says "quickly, another a beer before it starts"
The wife gives him another beer and he downs it.
The man then says "love, another beer before it starts"
The wife says, "ok, stop, no more beer until you tell me what is going on

"it's started" the man says.
 
Wow, it appears it's been so long since I posted here that a search can't even find a single post by me.
(also lurking waiting for a sign of the UK customers not getting stiffed for once - i've e-mailed HP and obviously got no response)
 
spudbyknight - hopefully you're right - the shop now link for tablets goes to a 'page not found', perhaps a good sign....(glass half full)
