Yeah to be fair I hate touchscreens and tablets, but at $99, i figured i'd have a play as I don't have a laptop.

as long as a case is think enough, and HP made their case form the off so that it worked with their touchstone

just bought HP touchpad in electrotown in Leeds for 89£, 16GB. accessories are still full price

I would have thought many shops have to send them back to HP or some sort of centre where it has to be tested before resold again?
