I have that similar problem... I decided to take one off though... Probably a mistake as it's taking ages...

Reserved one last night, went in store to collect it - overheard them trying to reserve them for themselves, but none were left.

Basically after trying everything & listening to every single one of there pretend excuses including why I couldn't buy it for full price, get a refund then buy it for the actual price, I just walked out.
