Came back from PC World empty handed - said they couldnt put it through at the discounted price as the instore price was still the same - told to try tomorrow :/. Refused to accept that if I turned up post the price change for Collect in Store they would be able to then - supposedly the system wont let them change it and when I called customer services they couldnt either...

DarkShadow when did you reserve? I did it yesterday...

Did you only order/pay for 1? I ordered 2, hope it wasn't one per customer and it's rejecting anyones who bought more than 1.
 
Hmm thats weird... my bank statement shows charged £89 but the only order that actually went through was my £115 32gb one.... :S
 
I put my order through as soon as the site came back up from maintenance but have not yet received any kind of email, I also can't log in to their website.

I suspect I haven't actually got one.
 
Not sure about the rules with putting the spare ones on MM as Rotty said anyone offering them for sale or asking for one will be suspended??
 
ordered one for collect at store, only thing is it says 2 working days, does that mean weds ot thurs ? I go on hol thurs
 
Going through all these online shops has really made me appreciate how good Amazon's is! Carphonewarehouse's/BestBuys and Dixons were all crap!
 
DSG stores will not put them through this evening at the discounted price, their systems will show the new price tomorrow morning.

Could have been because I ordered 2. I kept trying to remove 1 from basket but the page would not load. Thought there would be a final page to change it, but they just took card details (no verified by visa etc).

Have ordered again with just 1 item. Fingers crossed.

they can go on MM as long as they are not above the price you paid plus reasonable delivery cost
