I had even worse, they wanted £200 for the omnia and that was on a contract roughly the same ( I think I was on a lower package but had data on top ).

even higher rez screen ( and trust me the Pro screen is EXCELLENT, I think the HD screen is just the same Dot Pitch but is longer so higher overall rez but same legbility as the Pro).

Theres a place doing both sim free. So doesn't matter about that!

I'd like it for browsing, QWERTY keyboard would be nice, as was gonna swap for my dads TyTn II. Camera must be pretty decent, and it to be a fast device, and a good upgrade from my Touch Dual.

I LOVE it for browsing. Opera + VGA = NICE!!!..

Opera was good on my M3100 but the VGA rez just takes it up another level.
 
Just something i can't see anyone has mentioned.

For those that aren't aware, the touch pro has really disappointing GPS lag. This currently affects the diamond aswell and I'm sure the HD when it is released.

I've not noticed the lag but it can be easily tweaked to be a lot better.

Well, went and bought a Touch Pro today and love it - main reason was so I didn't have to switch providers and all that. My contract is only $32p/m with all data/calls/insurance and everything :D
Really like the phone so far - just getting used to it all
 
Should be getting mine through the post today or tomorrow as a warranty replacement for my Tytn II. I've enjoyed the current phone, but couldn't turn down the chance of trying one of these as a free replacement.

edit: Damn it. I get home and they've sent another Tytn II. :(
