Anyone ever used this on a bulk?
Tempted to use it to add some calories in a convenient way.
I've bulked on Huel. It's pretty straight forward:
1 scoop = 38g = 157 calories
2 scoops = 76g = 314 calories
3 scoops = 114g = 471 calories
4 scoops = 152g = 628 calories
Divide grams by 3 for rough amount of protein. I tend to go with 4 scoops as 50g of protein is a nice round no. and it is, imo, far better than a protein shake post workout.
Has anyone tried it warm? In this weather when it's constantly -something C I don't think I could deal with a cold shake. Hence why hot whole food is amazing!
I haven't and can't imagine it's nice. Huel tends to be better colder - warm sounds nasty!
