Huel: The Future of Food ..

I'm going to try that with a bit of instant coffee in it. I think the problem I have is that my containers are too small and i can't put enough water in.

I had that problem. Protein shakers are perfect for this - the standard blender cup filled with liquid/Huel fills a standard protein shaker. No messing about measuring and weighing stuff - just fill everything to the top. For me at least it's just the right amount of water for 3 or 4 scoops.

Huel is abit expensive isn't it? If they recommend 4 meals per day then it's 28 meals for £45 would last a week  that would be £180 per month would it not? A good Whey protein and buying decent food would still cost less than that per month.
I was looking into it as I need to shift 1 stone to get back into good shape while weight training.
Is Huel something that most of you use say twice per day and still eat normal food or is that defeating the object?
Is there any good alternatives to it?

I go through a bag a week at the moment, which is about £18.50 with the subscription. That's two Huel meals per work day (4 scoops each) and one on the weekend. The rest of the meals are normal food - so roughly a 50-50 split. Seems like great value to me! You could eat clean for less, but you have to factor in the time spent on meal planning, shopping, prep, cooking ect. Each to their own. I've done it, but don't have the discipline to be consistent day in day out. I've no experience with alternatives.

the blender makes it so much better texture wise but the real killer has been Luke warm bottled water to mix it with!

Totally! Everyone I know who's tried Huel and not liked it either weren't blending or weren't drinking it cold. Miss either and it verges on unpalatable.
