If you got it in the humble bundle 1, you can I believe. You just have to dig out your old email and get the code again.

I paid $6 to get humble bundle 2 and 3 but only the games from pack #3 activate on steam with the steam code they provide. This the same for everyone else?

There's another steam code for Bundle #2, although Cortex Command is not on steam.

You get a code for each of the bundles.

No, it was from ages ago when world of goo was pay however much you like on their main website. Pay $1 and download the game to your hard drive. It wasnt a steam offer.
