Hungarian Grand Prix 2012, Budapest - Race 11/20

schumachers telemetry boxed fried on the grid...
he pitted after starting from the pitlane because of a puncture
his pitlane speed limiter didnt work properly maybe because of the telemetry box

and rosberg got a single point.... great weekend of mercedes as usual XD

Please to see Hamilton win but the lack of overtaking was pretty boring.

Also Lolmaldonado, if Senna looses his seat at Williams at the end of the season and Maldonado keeps it will be pretty ridiculous.

Also I didn't see this after qualifying yesterday but what a joke

FIA have confirmed that the aborted start was caused by Schumacher not being in his grid slot.

That's before he switched off his engine.

Poor old chap. Got all confused. Wonder if he was on the radio asking if the visitors had been yet, if they had his pills and complaining that the nurses were stealing his money. ;)

he's only 40 odd!

did sky show the press conference?

Hamilton added: "It was never really close. I allowed them to close up in certain corners so that he may have problems with his tyres. I just made sure I saved my speed for the last sector so I had a big enough gap in the last three corners."

sounds like he had kimi covered and was just doing enough.

If Maldonado honestly believes that then it's no wonder he keeps hitting everything in sight :p

At least it's not Hamilton this year...

As a Hamilton and Raikkonen fan (shame about the team) that was actually quite an interesting race to watch, also thanks to in-play betting I put a tenner on a raikkonen podium when it was clear he was staying out and going quickly, £15 profits \o/ (also had a bet on Hamilton to win since saturday, but that was only a fiver profit :p)

Good to see Hamilton using his brain a little more this year, a good strategy indeed :)

As for Maldonado, he should have received more penalties this year. He is probably only shocked that he actually got one during the race this time.

yup, he is racing a lot better this year, he has been very good with tire management proving many wrong who thought he would still burn up tires all day.

he is consistently matching or bettering button on it and nearly everyone says hes one of the best at it.

So is Kimi in with a title chance?

On BBC Lewis said if this track was easier to overtake then Kimi would have beat him probably.

Well this might be one of the few races that justify the bbc highlight choices. Not hugely exciting but it was cool seeing Kimi and Roman push for that win they should really get this year...

Maldonardo needs to sort it out, all for watching people push but I'm sure someone sould slap him round the back of the head and explain instead of punting someone off before you get onto the straight you could just follow them onto it and DRS past them into the first corner. Such an idiot of a driver.

Lee Mckenzie makes everything better.

do you even watch the race? he was clearly in his grid slot theres video evidence that cant be disputed

i love all the trolls nevermind he qualified 3rd for the last 2 races... one bad weekend and all the idiots come out

during the good weekends all the trolls keep going on about traction control that was never found to have existed of him ramming hill of the circuit yet ignore the multiple times hill was the one doing the ramming.......

Looked like he was fine to me, green flag was waved at the back and the lights went funny, then MS had his problem and yellow flags waved.
