Well that doesn't matter as long as it wasn't Schumacher's fault.

so why isnt there a white line infront of him showing another grid space? .....

You can't see a white line for any of those grid slots in any of the images posted so far anyway? That'd be why you can't see one - you can't see any of them anyway.

Explain how when the perspective of the image I posted means the cars gradually get more and more obscured as you go back, Schumacher somehow manages to be the only car where you can see the entire front of the car?

That is a physical impossibility if he was in his proper slot.

Come on, just admit he might have screwed up - the FIA have said he was in the wrong slot, we can all SEE (except you it seems) that he's not in the right slot, they were waving a yellow flag in line with him before the aborted start.

Can anyone with a hd feed see the grid numbers on the floor when the grid has cleared and the marshals come to move schumachers car?

I can't make it out on my phone, but I did spot that the guy at the back never waves the green flag, he just walks across holding it and looks like he's on a radio or something.

1st aborted start when MSC stopped wrong grid slot. Then switched off engine by mistake. Collected puncture on drain when pushed in pitlane

Then MSC gets pitlane speed penalty which apparently he shouldn't have received as before race (should have been a fine).Then car broke down

Uh oh... Drive through given instead of a fine...

Yeah they did, was meant to be 70 laps.

Well the distinction regarding the penalty will be whether they treated it as a 70 lap race with 1 lap complete or a 69 lap race, if it was the latter, then it seems he was unfairly punished regards receiving a drive through

It's the former. A 69 lap race would not be long enough under F1 regs.

It was still a 70 lap race.

Fair enough then, I was unsure because I followed the BBC text feed and that reported it as a 69 lap race.
