Ouch, unlucky, not what he needs when his 2020 seat is looking the least secure its been in a long time.

He locked up into T1 and T2 which put Hamilton alongside and eventually through and he had to take a little avoid, then Leclerc jumped him and just drifted across the track and took his endplate out.

Tbh, he started the issue with 2 lockups, it's just Leclerc just drifted into him.

How would you achieve that? speed limits are there for a reason, cant see every track having pitlanes redesigned, and were already approaching/at the physical limits for the pitcrews?

Well for one, different tracks have massively different pitstop times. Yes you can't completely redesign but you might be able to tweak. Also new tracks will come along.
