Rather helped that the Ferrari 640 of 1989 was about 32 inches shorter in the wheelbase than the current cars...

How wide was the car?

Overall width probably not very far off what they have now.

Yeah but that was an era of lions not cats. Even back then overtaking was hard. Doesn't change the fact that outside of Monaco Hungary is the second worst track for overtaking. Lewis will be lucky to get podium here.
