Ok... Its not a Hurricane as is explained in the link due to our location but wind speeds of 134mph are far beyond that of an "Hurricane" and was in the catagory 4 speeds which isnt too far off the pace of Katrina a few years ago..

Theres still massive dead trees littering parks in the south of the UK from that storm even now!
 
Housing in the uk has a designed wind loading tolerance of approximately 70-80 mph. Anything beyond that can result in significant structural damage. Hence why I hate it.
 
it got a little bit windy, hardly worth making a thread about, i worked through it on the drive and the kids were also playing out too, im pretty high up from sea level too, it was more like a light breeze

Pretty gusty here at the moment, just had a really heavy reason shower but nothing out of the ordinary for this time of the year.
