I just got my W241D-PVA, no dead pixels, very happy!
This monitor is better than my old Dell 2407, and any review which says it isn't is talking rubbish.
This is my 2nd monitor after the W240D incident described earlier in this thread! Glad I stuck with it though.

Otherwise Hyundai have a 6 dead pixel policy which doesn't help.

Coolasmoo, is the warranty a straight swap-out or do they take it way and return 3 months later???
My monitor gets some distortion when using the PC via DVI (never had this problem with my Dell) but switching the monitor off/on fixes this issue for a couple more hours.
For those which were asking, I've not seen any ghosting on this monitor, it looks great on my PC, PS3 and XBox 360 via HDMI/DVI. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack for sound when using HDMI and is great when using my headphones.
There are some issues with this monitor though as I and others have stated, but it seems that nothing is 100% perfect in regards to technology nowadays.
