I bought a steering wheel, now I need some games

if you have drove some of the cars that are in these sims in real life you would change your opinion.ffb is fine in dirt rally 90 percent of people who play it dont have their wheel set right or know how to set it to get the best out of it.real life rally drivers helped make the game. rbr is just hard for the sake of being hard.its not realistic at all.i have played it a lot.Dirt rally is the best rally game ever made.its great that the community updated rbr for all this time and tweaked it.everyone has their own opinion.mine is not the same as yours.
I totally agree with you here, dirt rally is the BEST rally game by a fair amount imo, and with the ffb mod its near on perfect with a wheel, feels absolutely AMAZING!

dont see the point in playing ETS if you havent got pedals shifter and wheel..

pointless without tbh im waiting for my shifter and stand to turn up then gonna play it as its pretty poo trying to use flappy padel!

Logitech G920 with shifter just turned up today. Gonna hook it up shortly and try a bit of PCars1 and Dirt Rally in the Oculus.

So should I just go out and buy PCars2 or should I wait for a Steam sale? Should I buy Euro Truck 2? Does it have Oculus support?

I really enjoy PCars1 once you get it setup nicely, PCars2 does appear to be better out of the box.

PCars1 was my goto VR game, bumper to bumper racing in GT series cars in thunderstorm weather is incredible, I usually have some suitable music going too :D

If you want the best driving physics i would pass on both pcars, plenty of far superior titles out there.
Automobilista, assetto corsa,rfactor2,iracing,raceroom all do it better.

Assetto corsa is a cracking sim, but do love pCars 1&2, dirt rally is also pretty decent, while Dirt 4 is pretty arcade based similar to the forza titles, although I am enjoying forza 7 pretty decent with the xbone controller, not tried it with my wheel yet.

BeamNG drive is probably the best driving sim sandbox, if you know better one let me know. Not the best driving physics at high speeds (125MPH+) due to the way how tires in the game work, it is getting better with every patch though. However I am not sure if the game is worth its price tag as it is still beta version and there are not many cars (none are licensed).

Have played Dirt Rally myself but got bored after couple of hours. After going through this thread I want to pick up my pCars 1 and finally learn how to race properly on tracks :D
