Hmm think you should have gone for a Type R really. My brother picked up a JDM DC2 Type R for 4.5k at auction here in the UK. Hell of a car.

I can cope with a 17bhp loss for a 1.5k saving

Considering you've come from 363hp, I think the 17hp would have probably made little difference. Wise decision!

Type R would have been nice but you wouldnt really have gained anything, 17bhp is nothing considering the saving.
