I Done something really really stupid today

Trying to start my bike electric start with the cut off switch turned off and was getting worried because it does not have a kick start felt a bit stupid when i noticed the switch.
 
Cruised of without the lid on a few times now, nit embarrassing when the neighbors see you leave then come straight back for it. I call it rifing american style.
 
only stupid thing i've done apart from coming off it, was setting off with the fuel switched off. it cut out at the end my road and left me really confused as to why it wasn't starting, eventually realised and felt like a right idiot.

If I had a penny for every time I've done this over the past few years I'd had a couple of quid :o

The trick is to try and turn it on while moving as you feel the bike start to stutter, if you do it enough it becomes second nature, although I feel for my bike being starved of fuel that often.
