I DONT KNOW what to do

loadline calibration will boost it to 1.304v to counter vdroop at load

if its stable stay at that, can use power saving so it clocks down at idle in speed/volts

not sure on asrock but through cpu offset, maybe +0.0500v

124 bsod means more vtt voltage

101 bsod means more cpu voltage or offset

1.3v isn't high for 4ghz btw

As my board won't allow me to use x21 multiplier I'm using x19 with 211 bus atm giving 4015.1Mhz. Ram setup is on xmp auto with dram voltage manually set at 1.65 I think ioh and ich to 1.2 pll at 1.88 vtt at 1.34 or 1.36 can't remember

just checked my 17960 settings if it helps
cpu voltage =1.337
dram bus volts =1.643
qpi/dram core volts = 1.39375
rest are all on auto as i was too lazy to set stuff

No o/c iirc on my ram as other then benchmarks it seemed to make no significant difference gaming

Cool Cheers I will try some of them if this fails, I remember the auto setup set cpu voltage offset to 0.9v so got lots to play with. Should I enable asrock vdroop control?

I don't see a turbo boost option anywhere, i'm not getting any bsod errors the computer just bins out? Stupid windows 8.1

My vtt only goes up in .2 increments so I'm at 1.38 atm next stop 1.4 but will try cpu v first I'm now at I think 1.3v

With your dram to 1.39v how much ram do you have installed?
only 6GB atm you might need more for 12GB
I have pushed it to 1.42 for short runs when i was trialing 4.8ghz :) but cpu at 1.7v's gets a bit hot quick when u start poking volts through the old girl ,will have to wait till i build a haswell-E system and water cool this old x58 and see how high she will go for fun
