The guy in the flat next to me is smoking weed, the smell of it gives me an instant headache and makes me feel really ill.

How can anyone find smoking that crud pleasurable?

Because the effects are awesome. If you don't want to smoke it you can make tea out of it, or eat it. Once you are high, perhaps you won't care about the smell? Go ask him for some.
 
I thought a man with a location as kinky as yours would be more open minded about such things.

Yes it stinks but I doubt there's anything you can do apart from asking him to stop. I doubt the police would bother and if you did take such measures your neighbour probably wouldn't be too grateful.

Have a word with him. Failing that, enjoy the fumes.

Yea, Im gonna try and have a word with him about it.

Its just annoying because I can't have my window open, because if I do it lets in the smell, making me feel more ill.
 
Open a window. Go ask him to stop. Move.
