I have some cheese here that you can smell from about 3 mile away, I really am concerned that the Po-leece haven't knocked on the door yet :/

I would definatley use the play of getting someone to bang on his door and shouting "armed police this is a drugs raid".

He would literally carp himself I imagine. This stuff does make you paranoid of such silly things and it would work wonders

In all seriousness ask him to stop smoking it in the flats or at least go outside/hang out of his window. Most stoners are quite easy going (funnily enough) and I'm sure if you explain it nicely he will oblige or do his best!

That or ask him to close his window or put a towel under the door to stop the smell spreading, however it works in your accomodation!

If you wash under the skin it doesn't do that.
