Jesus that looks painful, i hope they throw the book at that guy, some people really are screwed in the head.
 
nasty i hope the guy gets what he deserves. also will he be getting a warning at work ? if anybody done that at my company they would instantly fired. imo there is no need for that behavior at work.

One more thing cyborg contact victim support and ask them to help you put in a claim for Criminal Injuries Compensation. This is a goverment scheme aimed to help victims of crime. Since the scum who do things like this are usually unemployed bums the goverment helps out with compensation. http://www.cica.gov.uk/ Victim support will help you with the forms, etc. I can't give you an exact figure but temporary eye damage such as yours I would say you are looking at 1k.

go government. i'd rather they made more of an effort to stop this kind of thing that setup such an organisation... :(

Do you have any useful suggestions on how to stop it? Maybe a team of police officers in every internet cafe? You cant stop things like this unfortunately, well, maybe by not calling them names. ;) :p

no, i don't, i'm not part of a government 'think tank' on problems, i can merely voice my opinion :)

but at the end of the day, more officers on the street would be nice.

unfortunately in cyborgs case, that is not preventable, but i hope it is resolved swiftly and the courts do him justice :)
