Darn I got mugged in Central Bristol once but I never had any evidence for it. I had two black eyes and a broken cheek bone, I'd raise use if this was a game of poker mug violence.
 
It's no wonder I'm on the edge with anxiety all of the time when you hear stories like this.

Were you getting on quite well before the insult, if you felt that you could call him a ****.
 
Is he the sort that is likely to come back to the cafe and cause you issues if you do press charges? I still think you need to press charges though, his reaction was way over the top - pretty pathetic wimp thing to do, hit a man blindsided. At least he could have been a man about it and not hit you unaware. I'd agree with you sentiment - he is a "male body part".

Not placing blame whatsoever, hitting someone on the cheap is cowardly and deserves punishment, but under what circumstances did you call him a 'male body part'. Just interested thats all.
 
That definately looks like skippi90's work, i can tell you where he works if you want to get the lads round ;):p
