when I boot up via dvi the boot screen is fine, when it load windows it is fine, but once I install the drivers the screen becomes fuzzy only in windows view picture.
but if I connect my hdmi cable the picture is fine, even with the drivers.
so

hdmi with no drivers installed screen is fine, boot up screen fine windows screen fine
hdmi with driver installed screen is fine. boot up screen fine windows screen fine
dvi with no driver installed screen is fine, boot up screen fine windows screen fine
dvi with driver installed screen is fuzzy. boot up screen fine windows screen fuzzy

I have replaced the card with a new one and the same thing happens.

update1 ok now if I lower my resolution to 1920 x1080 the monitor seems fine, its when I want the max 2560x1440 it give me that. my 3 monitors are dell 2713 HMt they support 2560x1440 and i guess my graphics card does too. so now wondering if it could be the cable.

ok when i boot up the pc the picture is fine, when it load windows then I get the above issue.
I have changed monitors, changed graphics card and changed cables.
when I uninstall the drivers the picture returns fine.

also your description is quite confusing. The screenshot looks like BIOS Post logo which you say is fine but the picture shows corruption.

Perhaps re-read what you have put and try again with more detail, like as said drivers, type of card, motherboard, monitor etc etc etc.

have it in dual mode with two monitors is just a desktop picture.

'Catalyst Control Center'

Right click on your desktop and you should see an option to open it.

Then expand the 'My Digital Flat-Panels' section.
Click 'Properties (Digital Flat-Panel).
In here there should be two tick boxes under 'DVI Settings'
'[] Reduce DVI frequency on high-resolution displays'
'[] Alternate DVI operation mode.'

Try various combinations of ticking those and see if it helps. Might not but worth a go. As you have more than one screen there is also a drop down at the top to select each monitor, as if it works you may need to do it on all screens.

And as Mei suggested earlier, update your drivers if you haven't already. As the ones you posted are v. out of date.
