I have a spot on my nose..help?

Warm a flannel and apply to spotty area to open pores.

Grab a needle and disinfect it (alcohol/heat).

Lance nasty spot and squeeze gently.

Apply cold water to area to close pores.

After 10 minutes gently apply germoline or equivalent.

Puss removal done.
 
depends how long you got if need sorting in 10 min squeeze it then put ice on it to take swelling down. if longer squeeze it then put toothpast on it and leave for a couple of hrs (dont know how effective is my ex swore by it though apparently touthpast draws it all out .
 
Squeeze it gently but not too forcefully, and dab with toothpaste afterwards to dry it out. Then kick yourself in the nads for posting threads as lame as this.
 
Depends if it's a blind spot or a yellow puss filled one.

If it's just a red lump then don't squeeze it! try the toothpaste method

If it's a horrible puss filled thing then I would lance it as suggested above and then toothpaste it.
