I have a spot on my nose..help?

Colegate Oxygen is a gel, not a white toothpaste type. Prepare for your nose to fall off.I pricked it a few times, made a tiny bit of mess but the spot still seems full...i now have Colegate Oxygen on my nose and it is making it tingle.

Yes, i now this NOW...i woke up after an hour nap or so to find my nose a weird white-ish colour and it hasn't helped..my timing is poor as i now have a lecture..i'm off to buy a plaster and prepare to wage war against my nose after.
