I have a Phantek Enthoo Primo with so many possible fan combinations but I've learned something about my setup.
I think when I built it I didn't set them up correctly. They were plugged into the case hub but they only spin for about five seconds when I power on the PC.
After that none of my case fans ever spin. However the 3 fans I have attached to my radiator run at a really low Rpm as intended.
What I've learned is that this is totally adequate and it's shown me how unnecessary the majority of my case fans have been.
My case has remained almost dust free after over a year. It's almost silent, and it's still keeping a 5820k and Gtx 1080 at good temps.
Don't go overboard on fans guys. They are better at making ya pc dusty than anything else
