That's how it looks to me - looks like a pretty standard one-way system and you were going the wrong way.

Nope, that's only for that area of the car-park, the enterance is behind me... stops traffic building up on the only other exit..
 
Well done for "Manning up" to your mistake. It's good that no-one was badly injured although she does look understandably shaken.

Too many people try to weasel out of responsibility. We are all human and make mistakes. Thats what insurance is for.

We pay through the nose for it So make the buggerz pay. ( Although the scumbags will get you back one way or another).

Black Circle is the only exit of that area of the car-park and you can't come in through it as it's no entry, and the one I came in from is the exit for the other half of the car park, as you cannot enter the car-park from anywhere else...

IF you're in the other half of the car-park near the actual store, you use the black exit..

Re-Read the above, you can... but it's for that half of the car-park and access to the Petrol Station..

Edit: there is another enterance, but upto a certain point the road that runs along is one way, and at the exit with the circle it's no entry..

How fast were you going? Jez that looks like it might have done a fair few quids damage to her motor. Was she injured in that pic or just crying?

Just feel sorry as you said you couldn't afford to live and go into your overdraft at the end of the month and now you will have a higher premium which you probably haven't budgeted for as it usually goes down.
