I need Help :\ BSOD on boot.

Have you tried 0.1V and 0.2V? If not do so. Also, please set "Performance enhance" to "normal" or "standard", and also you may try "Option 2" under "High speed DRAM DLL settings".

Always change one thing only at a time and then retest to see if it helps.

You can also try underclocking your RAM, go to "System Memory multiplier" currently set to "auto" change to manual and then you can control the multiplier which determines the speed the RAM runs at. I would try, say, 800 or 900 and see if stability improves.

Aside: Some gigabyte boards, actually overvolt the RAM by default (even though they don't say this), yours in particular is known to do that (see Yantorsen's threads on his PC stability woes, which was finally fixed by using RAM that is more voltage tolerant.) The point is, that 0.3V overvolt for you may in fact be too much, as the system may already be overvolting by 0.2V or so. Hency why I say you should test with 0.1V or 0.2V too.

Ideally if you can I'd borrow some RAM from someone else (e.g. Geil 2GB or so) and test to see if that cures the stability problems.

If you are running XP to read the BSOD. Right click on My computer and go into properties, then go to the and advanced tab and click on properties for Startup and recovery and uncheck Automatically Restart. This will keep the message on screen until you restart the computer.
