I need help checking my work

What rubbish, I've been an academic and I most definitely read my colleagues papers and helped them with their spellings and they read mine. He's not stating people change the content only help with the spellings.

*shrug*

We were drilled with not reading each others papers and coursework. (though admittedly we were all in the same subject). Obviously everyone ignored that rule.

I call being realistic as recognising that goobers exist and calling them on their actions, because you know, I want to live in a better world and all that trope. I'm perfectly happy to live and let live unless they do it under my nose and I feel obligated to act.

And FWIW, you know damn well I haven't contacted the OU yet. It was making a less than subtle point to the OP about his actions but you couldn't help but try and take a moral high-ground which didn't exist.

The bottom line is, you're condoning his actions. You're just as bad as him.

I call realism in getting on with your life. You have no real background on this chap, you're oblivious to his life, and when you don't know the full story you should keep out.

Point is you threatened a dude with reporting him (and don't claim that we knew you were not serious, anyone sad enough to try and search out information is capable of anything), which would bring about a lot of distress, and might not be warranted. Pointing out that this is an ********* move isn't taking the moral high ground.
