Why are you trying a wire cutting solution? Phone Kingston Communications, get block put on.

There is either a lot of back story we are missing or something is a little fishy. Perhaps you could either provide that or just call KC and get the line set to incoming only. I would have thought that is doable by the average OCUKer.
 
you've paid most of the phone bills to date, she obviously wont learn, so leave her to it..

you obviously are paying because you dont want to be thrown out of the house, but why dont you just say, if you throw me out the house, you'll have to pay your own bill..

if she's a b*tch she will throw you out, but who would want to live with someone like that anyway

lmao at the replies this isn't a troll thread guys she doesn't pay the bill because she has no job either and she just won't. I can't ring KC to get blocks cause they only block by numbers and it costs money to do that. I just want to trick her into thinking that I have cancelled the phone line.
 
You can buy locks that fit on the socket so nobody can unplug the phone. My dad used to be a landlord to a load of students so that's how i know. You'll be best off wiring an extension from inside the socket to another socket in the house with another one of these locks with your router on so she can't simply unplug the router and plug her own in.

Buy a cheap payphone and let her pay for her own calls.
